Benito Juarez Elementary Gives Back Through Annual Food Drive

In the spirit of the holidays, Benito Juarez Elementary hosted its annual food drive where they raised a total of 1,100 pounds of food for the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano Counties. Richmond Riviera Project in the Marina Bay seeks to build sustainable communities that includes single family homes and affordable Teacher housing.

AMPS Public Charter Schools is rallying to support the proposed Richmond Riviera Project, a new development plan that consists of 59 single-family homes in the Marina Bay neighborhood. In addition to providing family homes for future Richmond families, the Richmond Riviera Project will also allocate 38 units of affordable housing designated to the AMPS organization to plan for future teacher housing.
