Richmond Riviera Project in the Marina Bay seeks to build sustainable communities that includes single family homes and affordable Teacher housing.

AMPS Public Charter Schools is rallying to support the proposed Richmond Riviera Project, a new development plan that consists of 59 single-family homes in the Marina Bay neighborhood. In addition to providing family homes for future Richmond families, the Richmond Riviera Project will also allocate 38 units of affordable housing designated to the AMPS organization to plan for future teacher housing.

AMPS Schools Ranked as Top Performers in the Bay Area

A new list of the highest performing schools for low-income students across California, released by the non-partisan research and advocacy group, Innovate Public Schools, reveals that Amethod Public Schools (AMPS), a charter school management organization based in Oakland, CA has amongst its portfolio of schools, two of the top performing school sites in the state.
